Starting his career in Public Accounting 1987 and recruited into the staffing industry in 1989 as a Sr. Consolidations Accountant for Norrell Services created Randy's excitement for the Human Capital industry. After 5 total years in accounting, Randy joined Kforce in 1992 in a sales role where he was recognized as the National Sales Rookie of the year. In his second full year, he was the Top Sales Performer in the firm and by his 3rd year was leading a team that would become the fastest growing, most productive and profitable Staffing unit within Kforce. In 1997 he was asked to start the National Accounts division for the firm and within 3 years, the team was contributing over 25% of the firm's Technology and Finance and Accounting revenue. in 2004 he became President of the firm's Midwest region growing revenue over 20% while generating an EBITDA of over 15.7% and in 2006 he assumed responsibility for the southeast as well. In 2009 Randy became one of 5 Named Executives and was promoted to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer focusing on both Client Customer and Consultant Customer strategies. In the role of Chief Customer Officer, Randy led a 1,000 person organization and was once again responsible for revitalizing Kforce’s Strategic Accounts program, MSP and VMS channel strategies, the transformation and growth of its industry leading National Recruiting Center, establishment of customer pricing and profitability platforms, organizing and accelerating the firm’s Healthcare Vertical, the turnaround and integration of the firm’s offshore operations as well as directing all immigration and visa sponsorship, 3rd party, independent contractor, job board and social media strategies. Additionally Randy served on the Board of Kforce's Government Services Business unit.
In the fall of 2013 Randy amicably left Kforce and 1 year later started Human Capital Transformation, LLC., a boutique advisory firm. In 2015 he began consulting with a number of firms including P2P staffing, one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the US and in 2016 joined P2P in an executive capacity as Chief Strategy Officer. After the strategic divestiture of two of the firms business units in 2018, one focused on healthcare and the other in the government solutions space, Randy has returned to Human Capital Transformation, LLC. He proudly continues to serve as an Executive Advisor to P2P's Founders and their TekPartners business unit.
